Σημειώσεις
- Σημείωση: The two lots represent a foundation deposit found at the northeast (A) and southeast (B) corners of the main hall of the Apadana beneath the stone boxes containing the tablets of Darius I.
- Σημείωση: Herzfeld's rather ambiguous text has generally been understood to say that the hd. contained four Croeseids in all. Schmidt, however, lists and illustrates four from each lot. To lot (B) Schmidt adds another uncertain Cypriote stater (as NC 1935, pl. 15, nos. 6-7), but this issue can hardly be dated before 511 B.C.
